1. These terms
These Terms & Conditions govern the WorksDue waitlist and the product we are building. Browsing the website itself is also covered by our Terms of use. By joining the waitlist you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not submit your email.
The mobile app will have its own in-app Terms when you create an account. Those terms apply to project records, accounts, and paid features — not these waitlist pages.
2. The waitlist
Joining the waitlist means we may email you when WorksDue is on the App Store and Google Play, and if that planned date moves. It is not a purchase, reservation, or guarantee of access, price, or features.
Launch in Q2 2027 is a plan, not a contract. We may change the date, platforms, or product without liability beyond updating people on the list.
3. Acceptable use
Use a real email you control. Do not submit other people’s addresses without permission, scrape the site, or attempt to disrupt the form or our systems.
4. The service we are building
WorksDue is intended to help you record construction variations, retention, and related project information. You will be responsible for the accuracy of figures, dates, and documents you enter. WorksDue does not provide legal, surveying, or accounting advice.
5. Paid features
If we offer paid features they will be sold through the App Store or Google Play. Prices, renewal, and cancellation will follow those stores. Nothing on this waitlist is a paid subscription.
6. Availability
We aim to keep this site available but do not guarantee it. We may update copy, features, or take the waitlist down when the stores are live.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, this site and the waitlist are provided “as is”. We are not liable for decisions you make based on this page, for lost profits, or for indirect losses. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including death or personal injury from negligence, or fraud).
If you are a consumer, mandatory local protections still apply.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory rights in your country of residence.
